Tito’s Vodka to Begin
Producing Hand Sanitizer Tito’s Vodka recently announced their plan to
convert their distillery located in Austin, Texas,
into a hand sanitizer production facility. Tito's Vodka,
via statement The pivot away from vodka production comes as
the United States faces a shortage of sanitization
products due to the coronavirus pandemic. According to Tito’s, they are currently
“testing [their] formula” and will soon make
an initial 24 tons of hand sanitizer. Tito's Vodka,
via statement Tito’s plans to give the hand sanitizer away
free-of-charge to their community, as well
as to those deemed “most in need.”
