Coronavirus Hong Kong airport arrivals slapped with quarantine wristbands

Places across Asia have embraced innovative, if somewhat invasive, tech to counter the coronavirus pandemic. Inbound Hong Kong travellers are greeted by officials at the airport who place an electronic bracelet on their wrist. The wristband is connected to an app that allows authorities to check returnees' location as Hong Kong tries to halt fresh infections from people comeing back from overseas with compulsory self-quarantine at home after two months of making impressive headway against its own outbreak.
