ED has taken major action in the Yes Bank case going through the economic crisis. The Enforcement Directorate has issued summons to Essel Group Chairman Subhash Chandra, former Jet Airways chairman Naresh Goyal, DHFL promoter Kapil Wadhawan. The ED has sent this summons to them due to bad loans given by Yes Bank founder Rana Kapoor. Earlier, ED had also issued notice to Reliance Group Chairman Anil Ambani.

आर्थिक संकट से गुजर रहे यस बैंक मामले में ED ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने एस्सेल ग्रुप के चेयरमैन सुभाष चंद्रा, जेट एयरवेज के पूर्व चेयरमैन नरेश गोयल, DHFL के प्रमोटर कपिल वधावन को समन जारी किया है। इन लोगों को ईडी ने यह समन यस बैंक के फाउंडर राणा कपूर द्वारा दिए गए बैड लोन के चलते भेजा है।इससे पहले ईडी ने रिलायंस ग्रुप के चेयरमैन अनिल अंबानी को भी नोटिस जारी किया था.
