Coronavirus Pandemic Triggers Delay Of Armenia's Referendum

Armenia has postponed its referendum on constitutional reforms.
The delay is due to the coronavirus outbreak sweeping across the globe.
According to Reuters, the referendum will take place after the pandemic ends.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made the announcement on Monday. The referendum had been planned for April 5th, 2020.
Earlier on Monday, the Armenian government announced a state of emergency for one month to slow the spread of the deadly disease.
