The tactics by the four convicts in the 2012 Delhi gangrape case to delay the execution seems to have failed as the Supreme Court on Monday dismissed the curative petition filed by Pawan Gupta. With this, all four have exhausted their legal remedies. A five-judge bench headed by Justice NV Ramana rejected the curative petition of Pawan application seeking a stay on the execution.
