निर्भया गैंगरेप और हत्या केस के दोषी फांसी से बचने के लिए लगातार कानूनी दांव-पेंच का सहारा ले रहे हैं. दोषी अक्षय ठाकुर ने शनिवार को दोबारा से दया याचिका दायर की है. इसमें कहा गया है कि पहले की याचिका में सुनवाई के दौरान केस से जुड़े सभी बिंदुओं पर ध्यान नहीं दिया गया. फांसी की तारीख टाले जाने की मांग वाली दोषी अक्षय की याचिका पर तिहाड़ जेल प्रशासन को नोटिस भेजा गया है. देखें वीडियो
