निर्भया मामले में विनय कुमार शर्मा के बाद एक और दोषी अक्षय ठाकुर ने भी फांसी की सजा से राहत पाने के लिए राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद के पास दया याचिका भेजकर राहत की गुहार लगाई है. इससे पहले शनिवार को ही राष्ट्रपति ने विनय शर्मा की याचिका खारिज की है, हालांकि विनय भी मुकेश की तरह सुप्रीम कोर्ट में राष्ट्रपति के दया याचिका खारिज करने को चुनौती दे सकता है. देखें वीडियो
