Falgun Amavasya has special significance on 6 March. According to scriptures, this Amavasya is considered auspicious to please the fathers. Amavasya is considered to be the day of Shani Dev, hence, taking measures to remove Shanidosh and Pitridosh on this day gives positive results. Apart from this, if any of your work is stopped, then taking measures for it today can give auspicious results.

फाल्गुन मास की आखिरी अमावस्या को फाल्गुन अमावस्या कहते हैं। इस बार ये पर्व दो दिन यानि 5 और 6 मार्च को पड़ रहा है। हिंदू शास्त्रों में इसका विशेष महत्व है। इस दिन दान-पुण्य करने से पितृ गढ़ प्रसन्न होते हैं। इसके अलावा फाल्गुन अमावस्या पर फि‍टकरी का टोटका भी बहुत असरदार साबित होता है।
