Palak Ki Sabzi (Spinach with Red lentil) Dal Palak (Spinach with Red lentils)
Ingredients:
Spinach 500 grams
Masoor dal (Red lentils) 50 gms
onion 1 medium size
Green chillies 2 nos.
oil 3 tbsp
salt to taste

Method:
Wash and soak lentils for about 8 to 10 minutes and set aside
In a pan add oil when the oil is hot add in chopped onions, chopped green chillies and salt saute it until the onions are soft, add in the soaked lentils and further saute it for a minute on high flame. Add in the chopped spinach and cook for 8 minutes approx. please do not add water as the spinach will release its water. cook until all the water evaporates.
Simple yet tasty dal palak spinach with red lentils is ready.
