The devastating bushfires in Australia have once again highlighted the potential dangers of climate change. A little less dramatic is the future of the wine-growing industry. Grapes are very sensitive to their environment - and now a team of French and New Zealand scientists are trying to work out how vineyards should be managed in an age of climate change. The BBC's Tim Allman explains.
