Beautiful ‘sun dog’ spotted over northern China

This amazing "sun dog" phenomenon was spotted in northern China's Fuyu at around 8am on December 31.

The rare phenomenon is caused by sunlight being refracted through ice crystals.

According to the filmer, the phenomenon lasted for more than 20 minutes.
