A driver on a highway south of Fargo, North Dakota, captured incredible footage of a 'sundog', a snow weather phenomenon, during the polar vortex on January 29.
While driving on the I-29 with the wind blowing snow through the air, the filmer caught the weather event on camera, as sunlight was refracted into a shining halo through the ice on the wind.
