This video contains 2 parts which deal with 7 questions. This video is the first part, I will discuss 3 questions therein.
(1) As to why different sections have been incorporated in 2 different laws for the same relief i.e. Sec. 125 Cr.PC and sec. 20 DV ACT?
(2) When wife can claim maintenance from her husband u/S. 125 Cr.PC and what all she needs to prove in order to obtain the maintenance order?
(3) When wife can seek monetary relief from her husband u/S. 20 DV Act and what all she needs to prove in order to obtain the interim order for monetary relief?
In this video, I will discuss the difference between these 2 sections. I will also discuss important ingredients of the Sections and will also summarize the arguments put forward by both the advocates and the considerations made by the Hon’ble Court.
