This video contains 2 parts which deal with 7 questions. This video is the second part, I will discuss the remaining 4 questions therein. (4) As to whether the wife, who has been neglected by her husband or refused to be maintained, is an aggrieved person, as defined in Sec. 2 (a) of DV Act?
(5) Whether the act of neglect or refusal by the husband amount to Domestic Violence as defined in Sec. 3 of the DV Act?
(6) Whether the wife can file both the cases against the husband to claim maintenance at the same time by invoking Sec. 125 Cr.PC & Sec. 20 of DV Act?
(7) Whether the quantum of maintenance once decided by the court can be enhanced? In this video, I will discuss the difference between these 2 sections.
