PM Modi slammed the Congress and its allies for fueling unrest in the North East by spreading rumours about the Citizenship Amendment Bill. He said that the Bill does not affect Indian muslims in any way, nor does it affect any citizen of India at all. He also reassured that the Bill will not create an influx of illegal immigrants.
