Congress leader P Chidambaram attack on Modi government. Chidambaram said Prime Minister has been unusually silent on the economy. He has left it to his ministers to indulge in bluff and bluster. The net result, as the Economist put it, is that the government has turned out to be an ‘incompetent manager’ of the economy. He said We will be lucky to end the year if growth touches 5%. Please remember Dr Arvind Subramanian’s caution that 5% under this government, because of suspect methodology, is not really 5% but less by about 1.5%.

कांग्रेस सांसद पी चिदंबरम ने देश की कमजोर होती अर्थव्यवस्था और गिरती जीडीपी को लेकर केंद्र सरकार पर निशाना साधा है। चिदंबरम ने कहा है कि मोदी सरकार आर्थिक मोर्चे पर पूरी तरह फेल हो गई है और इसके नतीजे सबके सामने हैं। देश की जीडीपी धड़ाम हो गई है और पुराने तरीके से देखा जाए तो जीडीपी 1.5 के करीब है। मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में एक दिन पहले जमानत पर रिहा हुए पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री चिदंबरम ने गुरुवार को प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर मोदी सरकार को निशाने पर लिया है।
