A strong and beautiful little girl dressed as Disney's Frozen Princess Elsa is ready to seize the day in London, England, on Tuesday (December 3).
"My daughter suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy, however, that will not stop her from growing up to be as strong as her hero, Elsa," her dad said.
