This session is unconstitutional, illegal: Fadnavis after walking out from State Assembly

After the BJP MLAs walk out from State Assembly session ahead of floor test in Maharashtra, former chief minister and BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis said that this session is unconstitutional and illegal and appointment of Pro-tem Speaker was also unconstitutional. He furthers said, "We are going to submit a letter to the Governor asking him to suspend the proceedings of the House, and that the House should follow the Constitution." Meanwhile, the Uddhav Thackeray-led government has cleared the floor test in assembly.
