President Ram Nath Kovind attended the conference of Governors and Lt. Governors on Nov 23. Vice President Venkaiah Naidu was also present in the conference. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah came in for the conference. It was the 50th conference and was held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. The aim of the conference was to discuss on various aspects of public welfare and to further strengthen ideals enshrined in the Constitution.
