Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president and Union Home Minister Amit Shah hit on Opposition parties for ‘not doing any development work for poor’ in Jharkhand. “In the last 5 years, CM Raghubar Das ji has put Jharkhand on the path of development. What have Congress and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha done for the benefit of the poor?,” said Amit Shah while addressing the gathering. He further added, “I want to ask Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, what did you do for tribals in the last 70 years, do you have any facts on it? We have opened an Eklavya school in every Adivasi block, a district mineral fund has also been set up by Modi ji.”Legislative Assembly elections are due to be held in Jharkhand from November 30 to December 20 to elect the 81 members of Legislative Assembly. Results will be declared on December 23. The term of Jharkhand Legislative Assembly ends on December 27 this year.
