The Supreme Court today dismissed the review petitions that had challenged its verdict in the Rafale case - remember, last December, the apex court had ruled out a probe into the government deal to purchase 36 Rafale fighter jets from French aircraft manufacturer Dassault. Today, the court observed that the review petitions filed by former union ministers Yashwant Sinha and Arun Shourie lacked merit.
