President Trump has blasted a report suggesting he has been discussing the possibility of returning to reality television.
"Fake News is reporting that I am talking to Mark Burnett about doing a big show, perhaps The Apprentice, after the presidency, which I would assume they mean in 5 years," Trump tweeted Saturday. "This is not true, never had such a conversation, don't even have time to think about it. False reporting!"
His post comes days after The Daily Beast reported, based on unnamed sources, that "Donald Trump still longs for his job as a reality-TV host."
The piece goes on to say that Trump and Burnett have remained friends and even talked about launching a politically themed show called "The Apprentice: White House" once he leaves office.
