Kerala में Poor families को मिलेगा Free Internet, सरकार ने दी मंजूरी। वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Kerala Cabinet on Wednesday approved the fibre optic network project to provide free high-speed internet connection to around 20 lakh families below the poverty line in the state. The Rs 1,548-crore project will be completed by December 2020. The flagship K-Fon project involves laying out an extensive state-wide optical fibre network using the resources of the Kerala State Electricity Board and the Kerala State IT Infrastructure Limited.

केरल सरकार राज्य के गरीब परिवारों को मुफ्त इंटरनेट सेवा प्रदान करेगी. सीएम पिनरई विजयन के नेतृत्व में हुई कैबिनेट बैठक में सरकार ने 1548 करोड़ रुपए के हाई स्पीड इंटरनेट प्रोजेक्ट को मंज़ूरी दी है. इस प्रोजेक्ट के तहत सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराने के साथ ही गरीबी रेखा से नीचे रहने वाले 20 लाख परिवारों को हाईस्पीड इंटरनेट उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा. सरकार का इरादा इस प्रोजेक्ट को 2020 के आखिर तक पूरा करने का है.
