S. Korea calls for working-level talks with N. Korea on Mt. Geumgangsan tours

South Korea has again called on North Korea to hold working-level talks to discuss tours at Geumgang-san Mountain.
Seoul's Unification Ministry said,... it notified the North on Tuesday of its plan to send a delegation of government and business officials for a meeting over North Korea's demand to remove South Korean facilities at Mount Geumgang-san,... as well as to inspect the facilities in the area.
Seoul first proposed holding the talks around a week ago,... but Pyeongyang rejected, preferring to negotiate via documents.
The South Korean government is reportedly reviewing the method of discussing the matter through both face-to-face talks and documents,... should Pyeongyang turn down the offer again.
