The retrial of Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman LeeJaeyong kicks off in a few hours.
The retrial comes as South Korea's Supreme Court ruled earlier this year that the case should be re-reviewed by a lower court,... raising the possibility of a tougher sentence.
The 51-year-old billionaire is expected to attend the hearing at the Seoul Central District Court.
