Police use tear gas to disperse crowd marking three months since Yuen Long MTR station attack

Riot police fired multiple rounds of tear gas as they tried to disperse crowds of protesters and residents from streets in Hong Kong’s northern district of Yuen Long on Monday night, October 21, 2019.  Police had squared off with the crowd gathered to remember an incident three months earlier when a group of men indiscriminately attacked passengers and protesters inside the Yuen Long MTR station.
