At a ROK-U.S. Partnership Dinner held Thursday in Seoul... Harris said the alliance serves as a linchpin for security and stability thoughout the Korean peninsula and the region... and that it's been a motto for years and holds true now... more than ever.
He said the alliance is crucial as the two allies confront new challenges in the Indo-Pacific... and that such a partnership contributes in building a respectful relationship that reflects an overarching principle of security, a respect for the rule of law and mutually beneficial economic development.
