Temperatures have returned to seasonal norms and skies will be partly to mostly
cloudy. By the afternoon, highs will get up to 21 degrees in Seoul, and other regions will be warming up just in time for afternoon stroll. Highs will be between 19 and 22 degrees Celsius.
Temperatures should remain around the average for this time of the year. Inland regions will see rain on Friday while the east coast will see showers on Saturday.
