Uproar in Parliament as Guan Eng blames BN for abuses

Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng was interrupted by the opposition MPs less than five minutes into his speech in the Dewan Rakyat today.
The opposition MPs were upset as Lim had accused the previous government of abuses.
