The Awakener
After a big disappointment with his police career, and watching a stray bullet kill his daughter, Federal Police Special Agent Miguel Montessanti comes a with an ambitious plan: to kill, one by one, emblematic characters of the Brazilian corruption. Using a distinctive gas mask to protect his identity, Miguel becomes The Awakener, a controversial anti-hero who will awaken the wrath of the corrupts, and at the same time get some notoriety among the population. Miguel’s determination, along with his wish for revenge and intense training at the Special Arms Division will be an explosive combination that will help him perform this insane plan. But in order to fight the corrupts, Miguel will have to be corrupted himself.
