Maharashtra assembly elections: know the political equation of Nagpur South seat
There has always been an affair between Congress and Shiv Sena on Nagpur South seat. While the Shiv Sena has won this seat four times, the Congress has won this seat thrice. However, in 2014, BJP wrested this seat from Shiv Sena's hand. The Congress finished second. At the same time, Shiv Sena had to suffer a lot in the 2014 elections and it reached the fourth position.
नागपुर साउथ सीट पर हमेशा से कांग्रेस और शिवसेना की बीच चक्कर रही है. इस सीट पर चार बार जहां शिवसेना ने जीत दर्ज की है तो वहीं कांग्रेस ने इस सीट को तीन बार अपना परचम लहराया है. हालांकि 2014 में ये सीट बीजेपी ने शिवसेना के हाथ से छीन ली। वहीं कांग्रेस दूसरे स्थान पर रही थी। वहीं शिवसेना को 2014 के चुनाव में खासा नुकसान उठाना पड़ा था और वो चौथे पायदान पर पहुंच गई थी.
