Traffic restrictions to apply for the 2019 Seoul International Fireworks Festival

The biggest fireworks festival in Seoul will be held tonight at Hangang Yeouido Park.
The 2019 Seoul International Fireworks Festival will get underway at 5 PM... and around 1 million citizens and tourists are expected to gather for the event.
As a result, traffic will be restricted on roads near the area from 2 PM to 9:30 PM.
The section from the southern end of Mapo Bridge to the 63 Square will be completely closed off,... while restrictions on Olympic Highway and Nodeul-gil will depend on conditions at the festival site.
Also, the parking lot in Hangang Yeouido Park will be temporarily closed until 11 PM tonight.
