There is a basic flaw in the GST design and the government must look at going back to drawing board and revamp the current structure. That's the word coming in from the finance minister of Punjab, Manpreet Singh Badal. He went on to say that collections are not low due to a weak economy but the economy is weak due to demonetisation and a faulty GST.
