Seoul to consider changing preferential trade treatment for developing nations: Finance Minister

South Korea's finance chief suggests that Seoul consider whether or not to maintain the preferential trade treatment it gives to some developing countries,... as the fact that it doesn't give others the same benefits is raising questions at the WTO.
This is the first time he's raised the possibility of changing that arrangement.
Hong Nam-ki said the government will put South Korea's national interest first, analyzing internal and external trends and the effect such a change could have on the local economy.
He insisted any change would not affect deals already in place, but would shape decisions on future deals.
