A recent opinion poll shows eight out of ten Japanese citizens believe Seoul and Tokyo should mend their ties.
According to the survey conducted by Japan News Network over the weekend,... 79 percent of some 11-hundred respondents said they want bilateral ties to improve,... amid the ongoing trade and diplomatic spat between the two countries.
Half the respondents want their leaders to hold an early summit,... and settle their differences.
