MANILA -- Commuters and motorists alike were stranded in various parts of Metro Manila due to the knee-deep floods caused by sudden rainfall. Earlier today, state weather bureau PAGASA said that thunderstorms must be expected in Bataan, Metro Manila, Bulacan, Zambales, and parts of Cavite, Pampanga and Nueva Ecija. PAGASA also raised a yellow rainfall alert for Quezon, Laguna, and Batangas at 3:45 p.m.
