The Makati Regional Trial Court is set to resume today its hearing on alleged pork barrel scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles' plea to be confined at the St. Luke's Medical Center. Napoles is asking the court to allow her doctor in St. Luke's to remove a cyst in her uterus. The Makati RTC has asked Napoles to present evidence on the urgency of the operation. Philippine National Police (PNP) doctors have previously said Napoles' condition is not life-threatening and they can perform the procedure in Camp Crame. - Mornings@ANC, 18 March 2014
