Ruby Tuason told the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee on Thursday that she personally delivered pork barrel kickbacks to Atty. Gigi Reyes, the former chief of staff of Senator Juan Ponce Enrile. Tuason said those transactions took place in 2006. But beyond that, Reyes already dealt directly with alleged pork scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles, she said.
