Senator Antonio Trillianes also requested to subpoena Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Chief Zenaida Ducut to the next hearing of the Blue Ribbon Committee on the pork barrel scam. Whistleblower Benhur Luy told senators that Ducut served as an agent for them, meaning she obtained projects for Janet Lim Napoles using government funds.
