Macau casino giant Melco Crown announced on Monday that the Nobu Hotel will become the second major hotel brand at the casino it is building in Pagcor City. The Nobu Hotel operates luxury hotels, residences and restaurants in five continents. Among Nobu's investors is Hollywood actor Robert de Niro.
