MANILA, Philippines – Australian Lleyton Hewitt stunned Roger Federer in the Brisbane men’s final to nab his 29th title on the ATP Tour. Hewitt, the 60th seed, capitalized on Federer’s unforced errors during the game as the Swiss player struggled to maintain his composure throughout the match. The two played for two hours and seven minutes. Hewitt is expected to climb the world ranking with his latest win, which is his first title since 2010. -- Mornings @ ANC, January 6, 2014
