Why Tacloban city residents should be relocated

In the aftermath of super typhoon Yolanda, government is now focused on rehabilitation efforts in hard-hit areas. That includes rebuilding damaged homes, livelihood, and infrastructure. But some experts believe it may be better for some areas like Tacloban to move their residents out of the city, altogether.
