World Bank raises post-Yolanda aid to $1-B

The World Bank is increasing to almost $1 billion its financial aid package to support relief and reconstruction in Yolanda-devastated areas. The Washington-based lender offered $480 million on top of a $500 million emergency loan it earlier announced. Mornings@ANC, November 25, 2013
