MANILA - Alleged pork barrel scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles will remain detained at Fort Santo Domingo in Santa Rosa, Laguna after the Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 150 denied her petition for bail on the crime of serious illegal detention filed by whistleblower Benhur Luy. In a 15-page order issued by Presiding Judge Elmo Alameda on Thursday, the trial court ruled that the Department of Justice was able to present strong evidence to establish probable cause against Napoles.
