Some Leyte survivors resort to cooking spoiled rice

Some people in Alangalang, Leyte have resorted to cooking rice already destroyed by rains, as significant amount of help has yet to reach them. The destroyed palay were from the warehouse of the National Food Authority (NFA) which was destroyed by strong winds brought by typhoon "Yolanda." - Umagang Kay Ganda, 15 November 2013
