Ortega camp: Joel Reyes not yet off the hook

MANILA -- The lawyer of the Ortega family, Alex Avisado, stressed that former Palawan Governor Joel Reyes is not yet off the hook in the killing of broadcaster and environmentalist Gerry Ortega. This, after the Court of Appeals affirmed its earlier ruling that invalidates the Justice Department's creation of a second panel of prosecutors which found probable cause to indict the Reyes brothers for murder. Ortega and the DOJ will now elevate the case before the Supreme Court. The daughter of Gerry Ortega, Mika, said they will continue their pursuit for justice.
