Businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles will not be transferred from the Makati City Jail to Fort Sto. Domingo in Sta. Rosa, Laguna Saturday, Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas said. "Hindi pa handa 'yung pupuntahan niya dito so wala pang movement today," Roxas said during a press briefing shortly after he and Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Alan Purisima inspected the detention facility where Napoles will be transferred. But Roxas did not say when Napoles will be moved out of the Makati City Jail. "Hindi ko sasabihin sa inyo 'yan dahil that is a security matter," he told reporters. He said closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras and additional grills will still have to be installed at the detention facility. "May mga idadagdag na rehas sa lugar at 'yung CCTV ikakabit. 'Yung pagsisiguro ng mga hinge sa isang pinto ay kailangan pang mangyari." "Maglalagay tayo ng CCTV para ma-record lahat ng mangyayari, 'yung paglabas, pasok ng tao," he said. Roxas said no cellphones and appliances will be allowed inside Napoles' cell. There will also be no air conditioning unit. But Napoles, who is diabetic, will be allowed to bring in a small refrigerator for her medicines, Roxas said.
