8 dead as floods inundate Metro Manila

Floodwater submerged more than half of Metro Manila as heavy downpour persisted overnight and throughout the day on Tuesday. Eight are confirmed dead while four remain missing at this time. - ANC, Prime Time, August 20, 2013
