Medha Patkar, the leader of the Narmada Bachao Andolan, left the Narmada challenge in chhota Badda for the fourth day in the indefinite Satyagraha. The agitators allege that the Center and the Gujarat government are plotting to submerge 192 villages and one city without rehabilitation. The great thing is that even today 32,000 families live there.
नर्मदा बचाओ आंदोलन की नेता मेधा पाटकर छोड़ा बड़दा में नर्मदा चुनौती अनिश्चितकालीन सत्याग्रह में चौथे दिन भी डटी रहीं। आंदोलनकारियों का आरोप है कि केंद्र और गुजरात सरकार 192 गांवों और एक नगर को बिना पुनर्वास डुबाने की साजिश रच रहा है। बड़ी बात ये है कि वहां आज भी 32,000 परिवार रहते हैं।
