Pasta Caesar Salad:
Ingredients:
Pasta 2 cups
Lettuce as required
Tomato 1
Grated parmesan cheese ¼ cup
Caesar dressing ¼ cup
Croutons ½ cup
Sliced Grilled chicken as required

Ingredients for Dressing:
Garlic (minced) 2 cloves
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Grated parmesan cheese ½ cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Ground black pepper 1/4 tsp

Method:
Whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and whisk until well combined. The dressing will keep well in the fridge for about a week. Mix all ingredients for the salad and top with the dressing. Sprinkle with parmesan and croutons.

Dahi Chicken Qorma:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken (cubed) ½ kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Green chilies 2
All spice powder ½ tbsp
Tomato (chopped) 1
Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp
Black peppercorns (crushed) to taste
Method:
Heat oil. Add onions and sauté till translucent. Add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, green chilies and chicken, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 cup water and all spice powder, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Blend together tomato and yogurt. Add the puree to the chicken and cover and cook till done. Garnish with coriander leaves and crushed peppercorns.

Peppermint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream:
Ingredients:
Cream 2 cups
Condensed Milk 1 can
Red/Pink Food Color as required
Chocolate Chips 1 cup
Peppermint essence 1 tsp
Method:
Beat cream and peppermint essence until stiff peaks form. Beat in condensed milk. Add food color and beat until color is uniform. Fold in half the chocolate chips. Spread mixture in cling lined loaf pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Freeze till firm overnight.
